The Best Seven Things To Eat Before Your Workout !
I’m sure we’ve all had days when we rushed straight from the office to the gym ….. Tight schedules in modern times mean we can often go with the best intentions but hungry !!! – even if your goal is weight loss this is completely wrong. Your body is going to work and it needs fuel, it’s as simple as that , you need to make sure you have a combination of carbohydrates and protein to provide a constant stream of energy during exercise and the correct nutrients to repair muscle afterwards.
So here’s what’s good to eat and what I suggest:
Bananas are very rich in carbohydrates and they are a great source of fuel for your workout
Oats are rich in fiber, which simplify a solid release of carbohydrates into your bloodstream, and as a result we’ve got a constant energy supply during your workout
Caffeine is an energy simulator; it also eases fatigue and boosts the rate of fat-burn but don’t over do it !!!! …. We’ve all heard the horror stories of kids who Overdosed on energy drinks before sport or activities so be carful. !!

7) Fruit Smoothies
Try a fresh Fruit smoothie they have high-quality protein, and are fast digested.
Also , What to avoid? – Any Rich or processed foods … They take to long to digest and have little in the way of nutrients .
