Fat burning drink

Good morning, Everyone!

Guys, today we are talking healthy lifestyle – detox.

Detox drink is one of the most effective and easiest ways to clean your system and to shed a few pounds

Here is one of my favorite recipes, you need the following ingredients:

375 ml of filtered water

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 sweet orange

Wash and peel sweet orange and blend it using processor with the rest of the above ingredients for about 15 seconds.

With the magical benefits of these ingredients being:

Cinnamon:

Speeds up your metabolism

Cinnamon has the ability to alter  metabolism of sugar and carbohydrates . Your body is able to use better your carbohydrate storage , so that they do not turn into excess fat.

Controls insulin levels

Cinnamon has the unique ability to imitate the activity of insulin in the body. Insulin is the chemical that helps your body regulate its levels of blood sugar, increased blood sugar levels could be a problem as they cause excess fat to be stored, making it harder for people to maintain or lose weight. Cinnamon helps regulate your levels so this excess fat does not build up

Decreases blood sugar

Cinnamon  controls insulin quantities as well as directly act on the blood sugar itself.

Helps to burn belly fat

The consumption of cinnamon  impacts abdominal fat more than a fat found in other parts of your body.

Suppresses appetite

The sweet nature of cinnamon can help alleviate a sweet craving.

Lowers cholesterol

Helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite

Honey:

Improves Digestion
Honey improves your digestion, which can help in reducing static weight in your digestive system. That’s why, honey can be consumed after dinner, even after eating a large meal
Good Substitute of Sugar
Honey is a great substitute of sugar, use it in your tea, porridge etc.Quite often honey is being used in baking.
Hibernation Diet
One aspect of the hibernation diet to lose weight is to consume a spoonful of honey before going to bed. While you are asleep, the honey will continue stimulating liver function, keep your metabolism burning fat, and easing the amount of stress hormones which are in your system.
Honey and Warm Water
Normally, fat remains as an unused resource in the body, adding bulk and weight, but honey has the ability to mobilize this stored fat. Honey also increases the levels of “good” cholesterol in the body, and also reduces cardiovascular strain, which means you can lead a more active, healthy life, which will further promote your weight loss programs, since you won’t be worried as much about atherosclerosis, or the risk of heart attacks or strokes when going for a morning run!

Apple cider vinegar will speed up your metabolism and will help you to lose weight. ACV flushes the body and helps it use the nutrients from food in the best way possible. It is high in fiber that absorbs toxins and improves bowel movement. ACV also makes you eat less by producing a feeling of satiety sooner.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon imitates the activity of insulin and increases the metabolism of glucose, it helps to prevent high blood sugar levels that can lead to increase storage of fat by the body and it also helps you to lose weight. Cinnamon is rich in manganese, iron, calcium and fiber.

Lemon juice contains pectin, a fiber that helps with weight-loss and helps to get rid of the toxins in your body. Lemon is also mega rich in Vitamin C.

Drink at least a glass of this drink every day and see the difference!
