10 Square Hotel Belfast

Hi Guys, Happy Tuesday !

I hope Everyone enjoyed the weekend.

A few weeks ago I went to Belfast with my partner and we stayed in the most luxurious  Jaffe Penthouse in 10 Square Hotel Belfast

Named after the German-born Jewish businessman Sir Otto Jaffe, who spearheaded the linen export business in the early 1900s, and was twice elected Lord Mayor of Belfast, this incredibly luxurious Suite, along with the  beautiful Loft Bar, are the jewels in the crown of the recent redevelopments here at Ten Square.

An exquisitely appointed suite, the Jaffe boasts a complete range of luxury fixtures and fittings, including state-of-the-art entertainment facilities, & of course, spectacular views across the heart of the City, within touching distance of City Hall itself. A very special new addition to Ten Square, and the natural choice for those extra special occasions and getaways.

I swear I felt like a princess in the palace! The suite was ginormous! There was a very big living room with the beautifully fitted interior.

And the bed !!!I wanted to stay in it all day ! Super comfortable!

The en-suite bathroom with the relaxing shower…goals!

The terrace had the most breathtaking view, I could see the whole of Belfast from there !

We were lucky with the weather the morning after, coffee and the view! Is there anything better than that !

On Sunday night we went exploring the hotel’s facilities, apparently there are 3 bars in the hotel. The Loft bar at the very top of the hotel had my heart!

Hotel’s 7th floor Loft Bar Offering, and boasts a dazzling selection of contemporary cocktails, bespoke beverages, fine wines & champagnes.

The barman Kevin made me a delicious mocktail.

Make sure to visit the afternoon Tea in The Loft.  Just sit back & relax, while the signature 3-tiered silver tea-stands, loaded with a tempting selection of the mouth-watering sweet & savory afternoon treats are being served.

Their chefs have designed a sumptuous afternoon tea selection for all tastes, including vegetarian, gluten-free & nut allergy-friendly variants, to be enjoyed with your choice of freshly brewed tea from the loose leaf list, or a piping hot pot of coffee.

Then we headed over to check out the Doffer bar, the perfect place to meet friends and family for drinks!

At 8 pm we had our Dinner booked at Jospers Steakhouse. Jospers serves only the finest quality foods, featuring Irish reared prime-aged beef… fresh fish and seafood.

The clue is in the name….and for the juiciest, most flavoursome steaks around, no matter how you take it, it’s hard to beat a Josper-cooked steak! The secret is in Josper’s grill, a very particular style of Spanish charcoal oven, which is regarded by chefs worldwide as the finest method of cooking super tender steaks, while locking in all those wonderful flavors.

So whether it’s Sirloin or Rib Eye you prefer, the unique smoky, barbecue-style taste of their locally sourced, prime aged steaks is, we believe, out of this world! If, however, steaks are not your thing, then fear not, as they also offer a wide-ranging & varied menu, including a selection of delicious seafood & vegetarian dishes, a quick & easy Light Lunch menu, not to mention an extremely tempting array of elegant desserts!

All of their meat comes direct from the award-winning McAtamney Butchers based in Ballymena, and they  also work with the brilliant North Down Group, who provide them with all our lovely fruit & veg.

For my starter I ordered chicken wings and for my main one fillet steak, and of course I couldn’t  resist a dessert, so  I went for chocolate fondant.

The steak was absolutely delicious and the chocolate fondant was almost too good looking to eat !

The staff was very friendly and approachable, I could even have a little banter with them!

I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely  coming back again!

I hope you enjoyed my review.
